Planning process
first meeting
At the first meeting, we discuss all the wishes, and also pay attention to the vision and goals of the company, if this is a corporate story.
signing a contract
If you choose to work with us, we sign a contract and you send an advance fee. We make all purchases for the event after prepayment.
planning work
We send you references, scenarios and after the approval form a final budget and we are always in contact.
final preparations
We report about status, agree a rehearsal date if it is needed or send you all instructions. You send a final payment.
event
We coordinate the event and all setup process. We are here to support you and be flexible according to circumstances and requests.

We have scenarios we can offer, but we plan all events individually, taking into account the budget. We assign tasks to designers, trainers, and everyone else involved based on the concept. We have a wide pool of contacts, so we can offer something just for you.

Concierge service is available to ensure that event guests feel as comfortable as possible - we could help to plan and organise a trip before and after the event. Also we are open to answer all the questions and discuss your ideas and expectations.

Maybe you want everyone at your bachelorette party to draw pictures that will keep you motivated? Or you want to experience your birthday the way you dreamed of as a child? Or, on the contrary, do something crazy? We did children techno parties and, conversely, tender rituals. And we adore to create something new.
We work for 10% of the whole event budget, but a lot of issues depend on the format, so a final price is always negotiated.
Also there is an option of organising small personal events - we start from 120 euros.

Here are approximate prices for you to have an image. Prices depend on implementors, so we finalise everything after the meeting.
- Photo and video productionPhoto: from 50 euro per hour till 6000 euro per day (including aerial photography).
Drone: from 150 euro per hour.
Video: from 500 euro per 12-18 min. - DJ and musiciansDJ: from 200 euro per 2 hours till 1800 euro per 6 hours (plus light installation).
Live music band: form 1200 per evening till 4500 for all day performance with saxophone.
On some small events we personally set up all the music ;) - Make up and hairFrom 200 euro for make up and hair till 800 euro per styling assistance per day.
- DecorFlowers: arch 600-1800 euros, bouquet 50-100 euros, arrangements for aisle or tables 15-60 euros.
Welcome board: from 60 till 150 euros.
Photo zone: from 150 euros. - HostingHosting: 150 euros per hour with special scenario.

Of course, we have a fixed payment for the organisation (120 euros), everything else depends on wishes, we know how to do everything with a small amount of materials and also love the idea of participation when close ones or team members are involved at the preparation.
Yes, we have worked with events of 2000+ people, we understand what serious preparation is, we write out scenarios in detail for performances, sound, light, screens and monitor timings.
